These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 345wln ("345wln", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://345wln.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
345wln operates the Platform under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The Platform is designed and intended specifically for adult players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. 345wln reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 345wln. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
345wln operates full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to submit any documents requested by 345wln's compliance team within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 345wln account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify 345wln support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 345wln will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations or from your negligent disclosure of your credentials.
345wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other activity that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. 345wln may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to the application of any such fee. Dormant account balances will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
345wln accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 345wln does not charge foreign exchange fees on PKR transactions.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 345wln account instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the sending bank. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. 345wln applies the principle of withdrawal to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. You may not withdraw funds to a payment account that is not registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the cashier section.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to 345wln's AML monitoring procedures. 345wln reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Any transaction that 345wln reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be refused and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 345wln is a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, 345wln will suspend your account, reverse any associated winnings, and may pursue recovery of the disputed funds through available legal channels.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 345wln are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated in the individual promotion terms. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by the specific promotion terms.
Bonus funds credited to your 345wln account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus funds and associated winnings are non-withdrawable.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit 345wln's bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account. 345wln is not obliged to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
New 345wln players who meet the eligibility criteria are entitled to a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific welcome bonus terms displayed at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method.
All casino games available on the 345wln Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win titles — are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are governed by their respective game rules in addition to these Terms.
All games on 345wln use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.
In the event of a malfunction or technical fault in any game, 345wln reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. All sports bets placed on 345wln are subject to acceptance by 345wln at its sole discretion. 345wln reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where it reasonably suspects match-fixing, insider information, technical errors in odds, or any other integrity concern. Accepted bets are confirmed by a unique bet slip reference number displayed in your account.
Odds offered on the 345wln sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant cricket governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, individual market rules apply as stated on the relevant market.
Live (in-play) betting markets on 345wln may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are subject to review and may be voided if the triggering event had already occurred at the time of placement. All live bets are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to allow for data synchronisation.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious errors in odds pricing, match cancellations without rescheduling, event abandonment where settlement rules require a minimum duration that has not been met, or where 345wln's integrity monitoring identifies irregular betting patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345wln Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the appropriate authorities.
All content on the 345wln Platform — including but not limited to the 345wln name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 345wln and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
Any unauthorised use of 345wln's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wln shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
345wln's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to 345wln in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
345wln does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device is adequately protected and that you have an appropriate internet connection.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 345wln's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
345wln processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 345wln.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
345wln collects personal information including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, address, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 345wln.app/terms-conditions and will display the effective date prominently. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. You will not be entitled to any compensation for closing your account as a result of a Terms amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345wln holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 345wln's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 345wln from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any jurisdiction where its intellectual property rights or platform integrity is at risk.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 345wln will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and will aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, 345wln will refer the matter to its licensing authority's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
